Due to its fixed focus the 'unfocus' adjustments recommended in Polaroid literature are not applicable.
Even higher resolution scans can only somewhat resolve the RGB color screen.
Since it is a flatbed scanner the slide can be angled.
This is a medium quality imaging device.
The Perfection Photo flatbed scanners are known for hit-or-miss fixed focus; the actual focus on this unit seems to be lower than the glass platen.
I have not attempted to use a replacement platen nor wet mounting the film.

The light moire lines of the street scene are visible when looking at the slide unilluminated.
It seems to be a combination of the film itself and the glass mount.
No other scanner reproduced these.
